Ecommerce and Marketing Manager

  • Recruit / Train / Manage Design team, Marketing team and Customer Service team to follow the company policies, sale campaigns.

  • Lead the in house / freelance designers to have banner / graphic material for monthly campaigns, mega campaigns. Change website, store landing page according to every online campaign. Change product avatar to display product’s best features to attract more customers.
  • Lead the marketing team to have a suitable online marketing stategy for monthly campaigns, mega campaigns. Change landing page, product content, product description, product title for better recognition and ecommerce platform SEO. Use Ecommerce Platform tools (including free and paid solution) to promote products, campaigns.
  • Work with brands headquarter for upcoming products detail and strategy.
  • Do accessories market and competitors analytics to make a competivite daily price / campaigns price for every product to attract customers.
  • Work with warehouse department to fulfill stocks. Forecast stocks and order from China, transfer stocks between HN and HCM warehouses to ensure enough stocks for ecommerce platform.
  • B2B Business: Work with brands headquarter to make a price list for local dealers level 1 and level 2.

Marketing Manager


My duty is doing marketing strategy to promote Tronsmart brand in Vietnam, both online and offline. Keep in touch with Vietnam Exclusive distributor and report to the headquarter any problem I found (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly), find more distributors to achieve more sales target.

  • Online marketing: For the online marketing strategy, I would find as much as Key Opinion Leader as possible, they will do review for Tronsmart products (Bluetooth Speaker, Bluetooth headphones, Phone Chargers, Premium cable), the KOL will publish the review on their Youtube/Facebook channels, the more viewers the more customers we will have.
  • Social network management: I was also in charge to take care of Tronsmart Vietnam Facebook. My job was to working with the photographer team to take good pictures to post on Tronsmart Vietnam Facebook, and take videos to publish on Tronsmart Vietnam Youtube. I was also in charge of event planner for the page, we usually did monthly giveaway with difference terms to gain more fans to the page.
  • Offline marketing: Make offline event for Tronsmart users meeting, we also gave gifts for the attendees who came to the event. Visit offline stores to check if they put our products on their shelf and people can easy to see them. Go with the exclusive distributor to deal with more stores as Tronsmart will also do marketing activities for the distributor and dealers (stores), we also provide: Banner, Banner stand, brand bag (with Luis Suarez picture as he is Tronsmart brand ambassador)…
  • Market analysis: I was doing market analysis quarterly to see what Tronsmart achieved, what would we need to do to improve. I was also doing analysis on our competitors (Aukey, Energizer, Anker, Hoco, Remax…) to see what they did, compare to us and have better strategy for the next quarter.
  • Sales Manager Assistant: Take new products sample from Sales Team then I will test together with current distributor to see if it fits their needs. I also assisted Tronsmart HQ Sales Manager to find more distributor to gain more sales record. My duty was to go and have meeting with other distributors, show them our products and negotiate with them so they could import and distribute our products.
  • I was working as partner from August 2017 to February 2018, and full time from March 2018 to May 2019.
